As a family owned and operated business, we at Transfer Home Movies pride ourselves in no hidden charges. With us, there are no hidden costs for shipping, longer videotapes, or recurring subscription fees.

You will be assigned a Dedicated "Memories Expert" who will work directly with you. Your "Memories Expert" will be responsible for preparing and processing your order as well as communicating with you throughout the "Digitize and Transfer" process.

HOW DOES THE "MEMORIES BOX" PROGRAM WORK?
When placing your order, you will have the option to take advantage of our "Memories Box" program for a $25 flat fee.

The "Memories Box" program includes shipping you an empty "Memories Box", a prepaid shipping label to send your box of memories to our facility, and the shipping of your completed order back to you. It's that simple!

• Gather all of your memories and place your order on our simple to use website creating a worry free shopping experience.

• Whether you want to enjoy your memories on your tv at home, your computer, your mobile device, or on social media, you can customize your order to fit your needs.

• To simplify the shipping process, we offer a "Memories Box" that comes shipped to you along with detailed instructions and a prepaid shipping label for you to send your filled "Memories Box" back to Transfer Home Movies. We make it easy for you to get us your memories. :-)

While the majority of our customers ship us their memories, our local customers are more than welcome to setup a “drop-off” appointment for an in-person experience with your "Memories Expert". We love meeting our customers in person!

We offer two shipping solutions.

1 - Our customers are welcome to self ship their memories using their preferred shipping method.

2 - Utilize our "Memories Box" program for a flat fee of $25 which includes shipping you an empty "Memories Box", a prepaid shipping label to send your box of memories to our facility*, and the shipping of your completed order back to you. Your USPS shipments include full package tracking and basic shipping insurance. It's that simple!

*Once your "Memories Box" is filled, using the provided instructions, you can schedule a free pick up with USPS or find a convenient USPS location for drop off.

• Once your order is placed, you will be assigned a "Memories Expert". After receiving your memories, your "Memories Expert" will catalogue, organize, and prepare your order for the "Digitize and Transfer" process as well as contact you with any questions about your order or memories.

• Throughout the "Digitize and Transfer" process, we take great care of your memories as if they were our own. This process can take 10-12 weeks. Expedited processing times are available.

• Your dedicated Memories Expert will notify you once your order is completed and will make sure you receive the final product(s) included in your order. When choosing to have your original memories returned, they will be shipped to you along with your new and modern media created through our "Digitize and Transfer" process along with full package tracking and basic shipping insurance.

• When you receive your completed project, you will be ready to share your memories with your friends and family.

• With our piece of mind guarantee, you know your video memories, audio recordings, and photographed moments can be enjoyed for generations to come.
